Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, JCOPE has found justifiable cause to grant all required filers an additional three months within which to submit their statement otherwise due by May 15th of this year. Filings must now be completed online or postmarked on or before Monday, August 17, 2020.
State financial disclosure statements are due to be filed with the Joint Commission by May 15. Under law, members of the Legislature must first file with the Legislative Ethics Commission which then has through June 30 to turn them over to the Joint Commission for public disclosure.
