If you have information concerning a possible violation of law under the jurisdiction of the Commission, in lieu of filing a sworn complaint, you may submit a tip. All tips will be reviewed by the Commission to determine whether there is an allegation of a violation of law under the Commission's jurisdiction. All information provided to the Commission is confidential pursuant to the Executive Law and remains so unless and until the Commission finds a substantial basis to conclude that there was a violation of the above law(s) and issues a Substantial Basis Investigation Report ("SBIR").
