The Joint Commission on Public Ethics is pleased that after a period of delay its unanimously ratified report is available to the public. The report speaks for itself. Pursuant to law, it is now up to the Legislative Ethics Commission to determine whether it concurs with the Joint Commission's findings and, if so, what if any penalties to impose. We encourage the Legislative Ethics Commission to act promptly.
