The Joint Commission on Public Ethics has been informed that the Richmond County District Attorney has lifted his request that the Legislative Ethics Commission not publicly release the Joint Commission's Substantial Basis Investigation Report as sent to them last February. The Joint Commission now expects the Legislative Ethics Commission to meet its obligation to promptly release the report to the public in its entirety.
